The CEC and the CNA Launch Hotline to Report Electoral Bribery Ahead of Elections

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) launched a dedicated Hotline — (+373) 78 710 116 — managed by the National Anticorruption Center (CNA) to report cases of illegal financial influence on voters ahead of the September 28, 2025, parliamentary elections.

The line operates 24/7, including for calls from abroad, and accepts reports via audio or video calls, SMS, as well as through Viber, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

The CEC urged citizens to use the Hotline if they receive offers of electoral bribery, suspicious payments to act as observers or electoral officials, invitations to join obscure organizations, or messages from foreign numbers.

The institution warned voters not to share personal data with unidentified individuals and called on them to report any suspicious attempts to bribe or manipulate the electorate.

Together with law enforcement, the CEC and CNA pledged to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process, condemning all schemes of financial corruption, pressure, or disinformation.
