The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has approved the distribution of parliamentary mandates obtained by electoral competitors in the September 28 elections.
According to the decision, the Party of Action and Solidarity received 55 mandates, the Patriotic Bloc — 26, the Alternative Bloc — 8, while Our Party and the Home Democracy Party each secured 6 mandates.
The CEC met on October 5 to approve the report on the results of the parliamentary elections. The document will now be submitted to the Constitutional Court, which has ten days to validate both the election results and the mandates of the incoming members of Parliament.
