In today’s meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the increase by 20% of the monetary norm for ensuring the lunch of the students from the secondary technical vocational education institutions for 2022.
“Thus, the financial means allocated by the Executive for feeding a student will increase from 12 to 14.40 lei per day, starting with September 1”, the Government announces.
Students from secondary technical vocational education institutions are provided with free lunch during their studies, with the exception of winter and summer holidays, production practices, as well as on general holidays and public holidays.
In the Republic of Moldova, about 15 thousand students study in secondary technical vocational education.
