According to the provision of August 8, “it is allowed to issue the authorization for wood cutting without carrying out the state control procedure by the Environmental Protection Inspectorate”.
At the same time, the term for examining the authorization request is reduced from 20 to 10 days, from the submission of the set of documents. However, in order to avoid some illegalities, the Environmental Protection Inspection will carry out unannounced checks.
The document also provides that Moldsilva will account for the cut wood mass, will monitor that the firewood is sold exclusively to domestic consumers. The limit for selling wood is 3 sterile meters per family.
