A Border Police patrol announces that it has discovered, in the area of the Larga Border Police sector (Briceni district), the remains of a missile, originating from the Russian air attacks against Ukraine.
According to those in charge, once the remains of the alleged rocket were discovered, immediate measures were taken to protect the area and the Emergency Service 112, the Bombteh teams of the IGP, as well as the Briceni District Prosecutor’s Office were notified.

“The Border Police together with the Briceni Police Inspectorate secure the perimeter and prepare assistance for the investigation and verification teams of the Bombteh IGP and the Prosecutor’s Office”.
We remind you that this is the fourth case in which remnants of missiles from the bombing of Ukraine fall on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
As in the previous cases, all the necessary actions are taken, according to the procedure, by the institutions empowered with the safety and security of the citizens.
