The first report on the audit of Moldovagaz’s debts to Gazprom will be delivered by the end of this year. The announcement was made by Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spînu.
“This week the audit team from Norway and Great Britain is on a working visit to Chisinau. The representatives of Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS🇳🇴 and Forensic Risk Alliance & Co from 🇬🇧, designated by the Public Property Agency, will deliver a first report by the end of the year,” announced Spînu.
According to the specifications, the two companies will verify:
✔️ distribution by S.A. “Moldovagaz” (and its predecessors) of payments for gas consumption between right and left bank consumers;
✔️ valuation of assets previously transferred to S.A.P. “Gazprom” is the (partial) settlement of debts for gas delivered to consumers by the right rema mal and, if necessary, the revaluation of these assets;
✔️ the fact whether the previous payments were correctly allocated for the settlement of the debts for the gas delivered to the consumers of the right bank;
✔️ the legality of the assignment of S.A.P. claims. “Gazprom” by S.R.L. “Factoring Finance”.
