“This is an invitation for Russia to attack you”: Kuleba about the status of neutrality of the Republic of Moldova

The status of neutrality will not save the Republic of Moldova from a Russian attack, just as it did not save Ukraine. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba on TV8.

“You have neutrality, but you don’t have an army. If someone in Moldova believes that these two elements will save the country from a Russian attack and that Moscow will take pity on you, then I invite you to see what is happening in Kharkiv, Mariupol, and Bakhmut. Entire cities have been destroyed”, Kuleba said.

The Ukrainian official also said that neutrality will not save Moldova from Russia, but rather represents “an invitation for Russia to attack the country”.
