“Together, We Care for Moldova’s Future:” PAS Launches Pre-Election Campaign Four Months Ahead of Parliamentary Elections

The Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) launches the information campaign “Together We Care for Moldova’s Future” at the end of this week. In the coming months, party representatives promise to talk with citizens about past achievements, admitted mistakes, proposed solutions, and the risks of the upcoming electoral autumn, IPN reports.

PAS President Igor Grosu emphasizes that the elections will prove decisive and mark a turning point for Moldova’s future. He calls for unity to prevent division and encourages citizens to become volunteers in PAS’s information campaign.

“Either citizens give up everything they have built with effort over these years, or they choose the path toward EU membership over the next four years and continue the path of development,” declares Igor Grosu.

He says that although Moldova faced many crises in 35 years, PAS began key reforms in just four years that others had ignored for decades. The party has preserved peace, freedom, and democracy, guaranteed the right to choose, ensured a future for the country, and opened a real chance for Moldova to join the EU. PAS has increased salaries and invested in healthcare and education modernization.

Grosu admits that PAS has made mistakes during its time in power but assures the public that the party will continue to care for Moldova’s future, peace, national unity, and EU integration.

PAS previously announced the launch of public consultations to draft its electoral platform for the September 28 parliamentary elections. The party will hold the first meeting on infrastructure and energy on May 21 at 18:00 in Chisinau.
