Parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova will take place on September 28. Polling stations will open from 07:00 to 21:00. Voters inside the polling station at 21:00 retain the right to cast their ballot.
Voters who are unable to reach the polling station due to health or other valid reasons can cast their vote through a mobile ballot box. To do this, they must submit a written request through a family member, social assistant, or another person—except electoral competitors, trusted representatives, and individuals authorized to observe electoral operations.
Voters may sign requests electronically and send them via the official email of the electoral body starting September 14 (two weeks before election day) until 14:00 on September 27 (the day before the election). On election day, officials may approve requests until 14:00 if accompanied by a medical certificate.
