The Director of the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), Vadim Codreanu, visited the business incubator in Leova. During the meeting, the support programs offered by the ODA, designed to assist local entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, were presented.
“We have discovered businesses that are starting up, or that want to integrate into the value chain, to develop so that they are not just supplying raw materials, and we have discovered businesses that want to broaden the spectrum of their business, not to stay in the field, they are in, but they want to expand because they have found an additional niche,” said the ODA director Vadim Codreanu.
Business incubator residents and entrepreneurs from Leova attended the event, where they had the opportunity to learn about available funding and support opportunities. The atmosphere was dynamic and collaborative, with participants encouraged to express their opinions and ask questions.

“In recent years, people’s perception of these programs has changed slightly due to significant modifications in the way they are accessed. Before, you had to have a physical presence in Chisinau. Today, we digitize everything and move it online, including creating business plans directly online.
It is simpler and more operational. Only one entrepreneur from the incubator accessed the ODA program this year. We hope to access more projects in the coming years as they open new calls for proposals,” said Vitalie Gargaun, the administrator of the business incubator in Leova.
Sergey Blajco is a resident of the business incubator in Leova and has received support through the Youth Start program.
“These grants and even the programs are very beneficial because even before we won this program, we participated in a session, an information seminar, where we were informed from the business idea to accounting, how to develop an idea, how to organize, how to manage, it’s very beneficial,” said Serghei Blajco, cadastral engineer, resident of the Leova incubator.
Entrepreneurs from the Leova business incubator say that they will apply to the programs implemented by the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, and the support and resources offered will help them develop their businesses and contribute to the economic growth of their community.
“We will reach out because the ODA’s support and tools can help bring many beautiful ideas to life. The support from the European Union is important. It is welcome because it helps us to grow,” believes Ludmila Mitelea, a resident of the Leova incubator.
“Yes, the programs are exciting. I want to inquire about some of these programs to apply for machinery and find the one that suits my needs. I think it’s a significant bailout, and we thank the state for supporting us in our ideas and business. And I believe that in the future, we will be able to cope and help the state in our turn”, concluded Corneliu Danila, entrepreneur.
The Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) offers a wide range of support programs for business incubators to stimulate the growth and development of local entrepreneurship.
The programs are supported by both state budget and EU funds, offering significant opportunities for start-ups.
