Following his colleagues Dan Perciun and Sergiu Prodan, the Head of Defence, Anatoly Nosatii, received instructions from the Prime Minister. Dorin Recean requested that he review the information in the summonses sent to citizens.
The request was made following the Government’s vote on the number of young people to be recruited into the Army between April and June. A total of over 1,400 soldiers will serve their term of military service.
“There has been an increase in the number of scarecrows. Minister, please clarify how long this phenomenon has been occurring. It is important to avoid any suggestion of preparation for war. It is requested that the information presented in letters and summonses sent to economic agents and citizens be reviewed to avoid any misinterpretation,” asked the Chief Executive.
