(VOX) What are the expectations of voters in Chisinau, Comrat, and Cahul?

On election day, voters from several regions of the Republic of Moldova voiced their opinions and expectations about the ballot.

In Chisinau, citizens stressed the importance of voting, especially for the younger generation.

“The first thing is to go to the polls. We’re not voting for words, but for the future, and I want the future to be here, at home,” one voter said.

In Comrat, residents delivered a similar message.

“The younger generation must understand that this is our future and exercise their right to vote. It’s not an obligation, but it’s in their interest and the interest of our children,” a voter explained.

In Cahul, people spoke about the need for peace, stability, and stronger ties with the European Union.

“We must vote for a better life, for Moldova and for our children. We want a Parliament that will pass good laws and work for the interests of the people,” another voter declared.

Across all regions, citizens repeated the same message: today’s vote is crucial for the future of the Republic of Moldova and for generations to come.
