Who Are the 101 Candidates Backed by Dodon, Vlah, Tarlev and Voronin’s Circle

The Council of the Patriotic Electoral Bloc of Socialists, Communists, Heart and Future of Moldova approved the list of candidates for the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova ahead of the upcoming September 28 elections.

Igor Dodon (PSRM), Diana Caraman (PCRM), Irina Vlah (Heart of Moldova), Vasile Tarlev (Future of Moldova), and Zinaida Greceanii (PSRM) will appear at the top of the list.

The bloc also included several current Socialist deputies in its lineup, as shown in a photo featuring all candidates reportedly taken in Moscow. The names mentioned are Grigore Novac, Vladimir Odnostalco, Bogdat Tirdea, Vlad Batrincea, Petru Burduja, Radu Mudreac, Adela Railean, Alla Darovannaia, as well as former Minister of Internal Affairs Pavel Voicu, Olga Cebotari, and Grigorii Uzun (formerly the Socialist candidate for Bashkan).

The photo does not include Vladimir Voronin, who previously expressed interest in leading the list. Although the bloc announced its participation, several members of the Communist Party of Moldova do not appear on the list.

“Today, we submitted this list along with the required documents to the Central Electoral Commission for registration,” stated a press release from PSRM.
