The Moldovan Minister of Foreign Affairs will meet US Secretary of State
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Nicu Popescu, will pay a working visit to the United States of America from April 18th to 19th, during which he will meet with the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
Popescu’s visit to the United States is related to the meeting of joint thematic working groups in the Strategic Dialogue between the Republic of Moldova and the United States, organized in the symbolic context of celebrating 30 years since the establishment of Moldovan-American diplomatic relations.
Popescu will discuss with Blinken concrete ways to deepen bilateral cooperation in the political, energy, socio-economic resilience and assistance projects developed and implemented with US support.

The Foreign Minister from Chisinau will also meet in Washington with high-ranking American officials, representatives of the business environment, civil society, analytical centers, but also journalists.
