With an exceptional premiere, UTM was invited by the coordinator of the Innovative Future Platform, Lucian BROSCĂȚEAN, the director of the Fashion and Clothing Design Department at UAD Cluj-Napoca. They benefited from creative consultancy from Ioana CIOLACU, who has extensive experience in the international fashion industry, as well as the services of the beauty team led by Alexandru ABAGIU and Sorin STRATULAT.
During the event, FD-UTM presented two clothing capsules:
REFLECTION – a return to the authentic traditions and values of traditional attire and textiles, exploiting them through unique stylization, form, and ornamental motifs. The clothing models were created during internships carried out in the second and third years, with a profound admiration for the old values, without neglecting the progress achieved so far.
CHARM brought to the forefront the successful collection of the LISS COUTUR brand, awarded as the best in the ART category at the Students Fashion Day 2022 event. Signed by the talented Doina STRATAN, under the supervision of the head of the DVI program, Alina TOCARCIUC, this collection captures modern expressions of the Baroque style by highlighting the pearl as a symbol of femininity, with fluid lines and gracefully adorned decorations. Each clothing model is exclusively created and unique because every woman is unique and individual.

Expressing their gratitude for the support and appreciation they received, they emphasized that participating in Romanian Fashion Week and Romanian Creative Week represents an important step in their careers and they are immensely delighted to be part of this vibrant community of the Romanian creative industries.
