“Europe Day is about and for the people because we mark the values that unite us. Freedom, peace, and prosperity are the pillars that define the quality of life of every human being. These pillars govern all policies and decisions taken by the European Union. For the Republic of Moldova, it is also the day we celebrate the European aspirations of the country and its people. We will continue to support you on this transformative journey of EU integration. It is what Europe Day is about, and for this reason!” stressed the Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova, Janis Mazeiks.
