Chisinau City Hall is inviting residents and visitors to a special anniversary concert dedicated to renowned Moldovan composer Constantin Rusnac. The event will take place on September 6, starting at 6:00 p.m., at the Green Theatre. Admission is free.
The concert will bring together well-known Moldovan artists, alongside the National Symphony Orchestra of Teleradio-Moldova, conducted by chief conductor Gheorghe Mustea, and the Moldova Choral Chapel, led by conductor Gabriela Tocari.
The programme will feature works by Constantin Rusnac, bringing together orchestral, choral and vocal music.
The event celebrates the artistic career and legacy of Constantin Rusnac, a composer, musicologist and prominent figure in Moldova’s national culture. Artists from different generations will perform his works in an anniversary programme designed to highlight his contribution to Moldovan music.

The concert will feature Natalia Tanasiiciuc, Lidia Botezatu, Cristina Scarlat, Aliona Triboi, Taisia Caraman, Sergiu Garabajii, Veronica Roșca, Silvia Goncear, Gicu Cimbir, Lenuța Burghilă, Cătălin Josan, Natalia Proca, Tatiana Costiuc, Dan Melnic, Ruxanda Gîlcă, Mihaela Rotaru, Ilia Rusnac, Vasile Bucea, Igor Podgoreanu and Alexandr Candja.
The organizers say the anniversary programme will offer audiences an opportunity to discover and celebrate Constantin Rusnac’s artistic heritage through performances by artists representing different generations.
