Germany Grants 10.7 Million Euros to Moldova for SMEs’ Development

According to reports from Chisinau, the funds will be provided by the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany through the German Development Bank (KfW).

In this context, an Assessment Mission was organized in Chisinau to jointly analyze and evaluate the future project prospects with the authorities of the Republic of Moldova, aiming to determine feasibility, benefits, and associated risks.

The project will span three years and will be implemented and managed by the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA). As per discussions, the grant will be exclusively used to refinance investment loans provided to SMEs through the Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth Fund (FACEM), managed by ODA.
