“In this context, I emphasized that Moldova is making all necessary efforts to help the Ukrainian people in every way it can, including within the framework of Ukraine’s peace formula. Today, we have about 60,000 Ukrainians enjoying temporary protection. We have also joined the international efforts to free the abducted Ukrainian children by adopting a statement in the plenary session of Parliament. We also joined the Council of Europe’s damage register to ensure that Russia pays reparations because what is happening in Ukraine is genocide. We will continue to support our Ukrainian neighbors. Together, we will restore peace in Ukraine,” Grosu said.
