According to an informative note emitted by the Moldovan Parliament, Igor Grosu and another four deputies will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Sweden. The visit will take place between February 6-9, 2023, at the invitation of his Swedish counterpart.
In Stockholm, Igor Grosu is accompanied by the president of the Foreign Policy and European Integration Commission, Doina Gherman, the president of the National Security, Defense, and Public Order Commission, Lilian Carp, the president of the Public Finance Control Commission, Tatiana Cunetchi, and the President of the Economy, Budget, and finance, Radu Marian.
There, he will meet with the President of the Riksdag, Andreas Norlén, and with the representatives of several parliamentary committees. The President of the Parliament will have meetings at the Government with the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson, with the Minister for European Affairs, Jessika Roswall, and with the Minister of Defense, Pål Jonson.

“About the business environment in our country and the possibilities of boosting Moldovan-Swedish commercial exchanges will be discussed at the meetings with the representatives of the relevant ministry, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Swedish Agency for Assistance, with the President of the Stockholm Municipal Council, Olle Burell, and with representative members of the local business community”, the Parliament’s press release states.
According to the agenda, the President of the Parliament, Igor Grosu, is to have a meeting with the Moldovan citizens who live, study, or work in the Kingdom of Sweden and visit the city of Uppsala.
