Moldovan swimmers won nine medals at the international tournament in Bulgaria

Three Moldovan swimmers won three medals each at the Burgas Open international tournament in Bulgaria. Athletes from seven countries competed in the competition.

At the senior level, Egor Covaliov stood out – champion in the 200 meter freestyle (1.54.16), 3rd place in the 100 meter freestyle (51.75) and 3rd place in the 100 meter butterfly (58.22).

In the Under 17 category, Natalia Zaițeva and Xenia Brînza won three medals each, two of which were gold.
