According to the law:
- Individuals who accept money to take part in such actions face fines of 5,000–7,500 lei.
- Those in positions of responsibility can be sanctioned with 15,000–25,000 lei, plus a 3–6 month ban from holding certain positions or carrying out specific activities.

Citizens who offer money also face penalties:
- Individuals: fines of 25,000–50,000 lei.
- Persons in positions of responsibility: fines of 50,000–75,000 lei, plus a 3–6 month ban from professional activities.
Law enforcement notes that individuals who self-report and cooperate with authorities can avoid punishment.
Meanwhile, those who engage in mass disorder risk 3–7 years in prison, while inciting violence or ignoring legal orders can result in fines of up to 42,500 lei or up to 2 years in prison.
