They shall apply to the CEC for registration as of August 21, 2024. The application shall include the following documents: the minutes of the meeting of the authorized body by the statutory rules on participation in the republican referendum; the statement on the option chosen in the republican referendum: “YES” or “NO”; the copy of the political party’s statute; the application on the confirmation of the representative with the right to consultative vote and/or the person responsible for finances (treasurer), as appropriate.

Referendum participants may appoint representatives and persons of trust for confirmation. They shall participate in the election campaign and have equal rights in the mass media use under the provisions of the electoral legislation.

Subjects who do not register as referendum participants may not engage in election campaigning activities to support or not support the referendum and activities promoting non-participation (boycotting the referendum). Any such action is considered illegal.

Citizens will be on October 20 to the republican constitutional referendum, where they will answer “Yes” or “No” to the question – “Do you support amending the Constitution to join the European Union?”.
