The situation in the Transnistrian region is stable, and the Chisinau authorities continue to improve the living conditions of the citizens on both banks of the Dniester through negotiation platforms. Such a message was sent by the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Oleg Serebrian, who received the German ambassador to the Republic of Moldova, Margaret Uebber, on a visit today, October 7.
During the meeting, the officials spoke about the level of bilateral relations between the two states, highlighting the strong support of the Federal Republic of Germany for the rule of law, democratic values, as well as for the implementation of the assumed reforms and the socio-economic development of the Republic of Moldova.
The two officials also had an exchange of views regarding the current regional security context in relation to the war in the neighboring country, Ukraine.
