Former MP Marina Tauber challenges a decision of the National Integrity Authority (ANI), which finds that she possesses unjustified assets worth more than 1.5 million lei. She appeals the ANI finding, and the Chisinau Court of Appeal Centre registers the case.
According to the National Court Portal, the court registers the case on May 28 and assigns it for examination as a court of first instance, Pro TV reports.
At the end of April, the National Integrity Authority issues a finding concerning former MP Marina Tauber and identifies a discrepancy of 1,555,258.64 lei in her assets.
ANI determines the difference by comparing her acquired assets, declared income, and actual expenses over the period from April 1, 2020, to December 10, 2024.
