The government allocates over 6 million lei for the refugee crisis in Ukraine. The CSE decided to grant 589.7 thousand lei from the Intervention Fund to grant salary increases to employees trained in the process of managing the flow of refugees. Another 445.1 thousand lei will be distributed to local public authorities of level I and 3287.3 thousand lei – to those of level II, for the maintenance of temporary placement centers for refugees.
For the same purpose, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (MMPS) will be allocated approximately 1,877 thousand lei, and the Ministry of Education and Research (MEC) – 119,9 thousand lei.

The provision of the CSE also provides for the granting to Ukraine, as international assistance, of material goods worth 16 579 091.05 lei, from the humanitarian aid received for the management of the refugee crisis from the management of the MMPS.
