We remind you that the state of emergency at a national level was extended by the Parliament, at the initiative of the Government, by approving a draft decision in this regard, on April 21, during the plenary session. The draft decision was presented in the plenary of the Parliament by Natalia Gavrilița and was supported by 55 PAS deputies.
According to Parliament’s draft decision, the decision to extend the state of emergency is driven by developments in Ukraine and a lack of certainty about the end of the war.
