The interior minister admits the risk of more missiles falling in Moldova

There is still a risk that missiles will fall on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. This is what the head of the Ministry of the Interior, Ana Revenco, said during Wednesday’s meeting of the Government.

The minister pointed out that we have problems in the energy sector, and Ukrainian refugees continue to come to our country every day. The statements were made in the context of the project through which the Government wants to ask the Parliament to extend the state of emergency.

“There are still major risks that the airspace of the Republic of Moldova will be overrun by missiles or that they, being shot down by defense systems, will fall on the territory of our country. The airspace continues to be threatened by the unauthorized overflight of combat aircraft, drones, by the parties involved in the war,” says Ana Revenco.
