On the 45th anniversary of the founding of the Municipal Enterprise Infocom, the institution can say that it has become a pillar of housing-communal services in Chisinau. Founded in 1979 by the Chisinau Municipal Council, Infocom has evolved significantly, providing essential services to citizens with exemplary dedication and an unwavering commitment to transparency and innovation.
“Municipal Enterprise Infocom is a public institution first and foremost,” explains Adrian Malic, Infocom’s administrator. “We are directly concerned with the payment notices for housing and communal services calculation and finalization, applying the legislation in force.”
Infocom is a data-processing intermediary for various communal services, divided into 54 categories. Since its establishment, the company has been a pioneer in the modern technologies used to improve the services offered to citizens.
“We have developed state-of-the-art software and have always strived to identify sources for upgrading software and computing technology,” adds Adrian Malic.
