Educational kits for nine schools in Chisinau, Anenii Noi, Orhei and Soroca. Who provided them?

Nine schools in Chisinau municipality received educational kits containing teaching materials, office supplies, school supplies, educational games, and sports equipment. Three other pre-university institutions in Anenii Noi, Orhei, and Soroca also received similar kits. This initiative aims to support communities affected by the refugee crisis in Ukraine and local challenges in Moldova.

At the kit distribution event, Daniela Mamaliga, the director of “Partnerships for Every Child,” stated: “The goal of this support is to create a healthy and motivating educational environment where students can learn and develop harmoniously under optimal conditions.”

Maher Daboul, Education Project Development Manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council, highlighted the broader purpose of the initiative. “We aim to create an equitable and inclusive learning environment for all students, including those displaced from Ukraine, helping them integrate into Moldovan school communities. These kits provide essential school supplies and sports equipment to support a modern and well-equipped educational process. This effort enhances learning conditions, motivates students, and supports teachers in their daily work. By fostering inclusion, we aim to ensure a lasting positive impact on the quality of education and the well-being of all students,” he said.
