Important information! Chisinau City Hall announces that the material aid of 700 lei, granted by the municipality to support children from disadvantaged families in the Capital, has been transferred to the payment service provider Î.S. “Poșta Moldovei”, on September 2, and can be picked up.
Thus, 8,000 students will benefit from financial aid given for the preparation for the new school year 2022-2023 (first installment).
“Annually, during the months of April – May (first installment), files are submitted to the educational institution for financial support by the Chisinau City Hall for students from the 2nd – 9th and 11th – 12th grades. During the first stage, 6,423 children benefited from the stated aid, 4.5 million lei being allocated from the municipal budget for this purpose”.
In the second stage, during the month of September, the lists of beneficiaries from the 1st, 5th and 10th grades (new formats) are to be completed and approved.
“Beneficiaries of the unique material aid for school preparation are: families with no or low income; families with many children; single-parent families; families in which one of the parents has a degree of disability and families in which guardianship/guardianship has been instituted (with deceased parents, deprived of parental rights, unable to work)”.
It should be noted that the material aid is released by the payment service provider, to the owner or authorized representative, duly authorized, upon presentation of his identity card.
