(VIDEO) Maia Sandu has developed a “Plan for Moldova.” The promises made by the PAS candidate

Maia Sandu, the PAS candidate for a new presidential term, claims to have a plan for Moldova. It has three national objectives: care for the people, better living conditions, and peace and harmony.

In a video posted on her Facebook account, Sandu promises a minimum pension of 3,300 lei for long careers starting in 2025, for retirees with at least 40 years of work experience, a minimum wage of 10,000 lei, and an average salary of 25,000 lei per month by 2030. She also pledges free meals for students in primary and middle school (grades 1-9) and an additional 3,000 lei per month for one year for every young person who secures their first job in strategic sectors of the national economy.

“We will repair and rehabilitate 3,000 kilometers of roads, ensuring that all national and regional roads in the country are in good condition. We will allocate at least 8 billion lei to infrastructure projects and build at least three projects per locality (cultural centers, sports complexes, stadiums, parks, water and sewage connections, etc.). We will renovate and equip all polyclinics in the country. (…) We will prepare the country to access the European Union by 2030, where peace is guaranteed. We will continue an active foreign dialogue to ensure the country remains heard and respected worldwide, both in the West and the East. I will continue to mobilize external financial resources for the country’s development and promote our products. We will create a program to promote our national culture and traditions, funding events both in the country and diaspora,” says Maia Sandu.
