The Secretariat of the Investment Promotion Council presented the request from “Banyan Software UK Limited” regarding the need to obtain prior approval for investments of national security importance. Following an analysis of the company’s activities and planned transactions, the Council members decided to inform the company about the need to obtain prior approval for these investments.
