The modern enterprise Château Vartely is equipped according to contemporary trends in winemaking technology. It ensures both the processing, storage, and bottling of wines, as well as their superior quality.
The company’s foundation consists of a closed technological production cycle, starting from the cultivation of grapes in their own vineyards, their processing, obtaining high-quality wine materials, maturation, bottling, and marketing.
With its vast vineyards, the winery cultivates various grape varieties:
- White varieties: Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Feteasca Regală.
- Red varieties: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rară Neagră, Malbec, Feteasca Neagră, Syrah.
The equipment, sourced from leading producers in the German and Italian markets, has the capacity to process 4,000 tons of grapes per season.
Additionally, the production capacity includes two automated grape processing lines and two wine bottling lines, capable of processing 1,500 to 3,500 bottles per hour. This automation enhances the quality of the final product.
