Moldova submitted its first contribution to the European Commission’s enlargement package for 2024

Moldova has submitted its inaugural contribution to the European Commission’s 2024 enlargement package. Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov announced this milestone today.

“In 2023, we successfully presented a meticulously prepared contribution, earning accolades from our counterparts in the Commission. It underscores our unwavering commitment to advancing along the path of Euro-integration and the resolute measures we’ve taken to align the country with EU standards. Our dedication to working remains steadfast in 2024,” expressed Gherasimov.

The official thanked colleagues across all institutions — including the government, presidency, parliament, ministries, state agencies, civil society, business, and the diaspora — for their invaluable contributions.
