The Prime Minister, Natalia Gavrilița, came with a message after a fallen missile was discovered by the border police, near Briceni. Gavrilița spoke about the fact that a new wave of rocket attacks is taking place in Ukraine, which has direct consequences for our country as well.
“I was informed that a short time ago, a patrol of the Border Police discovered the components of a missile near the city of Briceni. The border police intensified patrols and raised the level of alert in Briceni and Ocnița. The area where the explosive object was discovered was isolated, and the specialized services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are on the scene,” Gavrilița wrote.

At the same time, the prime minister specified that Moldelectrica announces disturbances in the energy system that could lead to possible disconnections and asked us to follow the recommendations of the competent institutions.
“Both I and my colleagues are making every effort to keep the situation under control and not admit risks for our people. I strongly condemn these brutal attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine and reiterate our full solidarity with the Ukrainian people in these difficult times!”, the prime minister also specified.
