(PHOTO) Wizz Air has returned to Chisinau: the first flights will be to Italy and England

Wizz Air returned to Chisinau. After a break, the first flight was operated today. At the same time, upon landing, the aircraft was spectacularly “baptized” by the arch formed by water jets. The crew and passengers were welcomed with the traditional “bread with salt,” emotions, and many smiles, wrote Chisinau International Airport on its Facebook page.

“Chisinau International Airport took care that the company had a festive welcome with a festive atmosphere, with travelers being surprised at check-in by an arrangement of balloons in the colors of the company being treated with a sweet snack from the airport,” AIC wrote on Facebook.

The flight schedule is to be supplemented by direct scheduled flights to:

  • Rome Fiumicino twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays;
  • Milan Malpensa twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays;
  • London Luton three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Wizz Air is Europe’s fastest-growing and most environmentally sustainable airline globally. It has direct flights to 200 airports in 50 countries, including destinations from Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The airline’s flights are operated by modern, sustainable Airbus A 320 and Airbus A 321 aircraft.
