The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will visit Chișinău on Thursday to review the progress of the Republic of Moldova in the process of joining the European Union. The announcement was made by the Chișinău Presidency.
According to the visit’s schedule, Ursula von der Leyen will discuss with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, and Prime Minister Dorin Recean about the continued EU support for Moldova.
