Transnistrian Leader’s Accusations Met with Strong Response from Chisinau: Krasnoselski Spreads Disinformation to Hide Regional Problems

After the separatist leader made new accusations against the government in Chisinau during the energy crisis, government spokesperson Daniel Voda criticized his actions. According to the Chisinau official, Vadim Krasnoselski’s remarks were an attempt to divert attention from the region’s real issues.

“Instead of supplying natural gas to the citizens of the Transnistrian region, Russian propaganda and its representatives in Tiraspol continue to spread disinformation, as we also warned in our public communication yesterday. Rather than focusing on real solutions for people, they perpetuate a rhetoric of falsehoods, attempting to distract from the region’s genuine problems,” Voda stated.

It is worth recalling that Vadim Krasnoselski once again addressed Maia Sandu via his Telegram channel, accusing the president of creating obstacles to the gas supply in the Transnistrian region. Moreover, the separatist leader attempted to intimidate the president with references to the “judgment of God.”

It is not Krasnoselski’s first address to Sandu. Previously, the Tiraspol official requested a meeting with the head of state. However, the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration emphasized that it is the prime minister’s responsibility to engage with separatist leaders in sensitive situations.
