Police commented on the fire that occurred on February 8 at the NATO Center in Chisinau.
“The police are considering the version of deliberate arson. At the moment, all the necessary circumstances are being established individually. As new details emerge, we will provide explanations,” the agency said.

The NATO center in Chisinau was set on fire by throwing a Molotov cocktail. This was reported by the portal PulsMedia.MD, citing its sources.

At the moment the fire has been extinguished. According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, two exterior doors were burned.
Firefighters, police, and specialists are working at the site.
At the same time, other sources mention that the “NATO Information Center” is no longer located in the building where the fire occurred. Now, it is the office of an NGO.
The call to the 112 Service was received at 18:57. At around 19:08, two crews arrived on the scene and extinguished the flames.
Fortunately, there were no casualties.
