Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov attended the Gala of Students from the Republic of Moldova on Sunday, December 29. During the event, she met with several Moldovan youth studying abroad who remain closely connected to their homeland.
“I congratulated them on their achievements in 2024 and highlighted that, as some of the top students in their universities, they also serve as ambassadors of our country, contributing to Moldova’s good reputation worldwide,” said Cristina Gherasimov.
The Deputy Prime Minister also encouraged the students to have confidence in themselves and the Republic of Moldova, emphasizing the importance of their return after completing their studies:

This year, the Gala of Students from the Republic of Moldova marked its 12th edition. Held annually at the end of December, the event brings together young Moldovans studying abroad to celebrate their academic achievements.
