In these moments, the delivery of modern equipment for emergency interventions is taking place to the perinatal center in Ceadir-Lunga. The value of the equipment purchased for this institution is 235 million US dollars. It was purchased by UNFPA.

The hospital will be equipped with modern equipment for emergency interventions at the perinatal center in Ceadîr-Lunga.
The set of equipment contains high-performance equipment for operating and delivery rooms, operating tables, and equipment necessary for anesthesia, but also for monitoring the condition of the mother and the child at birth.
The old equipment is replaced with the modern one. It is a change of generations in the history of reproductive health.
The support offered to the perinatal center is to strengthen the capacities and provide assistance for a healthy pregnancy, safe birth, and in the immediate period after birth.
