Moldovan technology startups will receive non-reimbursable financing from the Government

The Government today approved a grant program for small and medium-sized businesses working in the field of digital innovation. These will be provided by the Ministry of Economy, via ODIMM, according to realitatea.md.

Technology startups will benefit from non-reimbursable financing in the form of grants up to 80% of the costs related to the development and promotion of products and / or services, but not more than 500,000 lei.

“The aim of the program is to provide grants in the form of grants to SMEs on the components of digital innovation, green technology and sustainable production in the following areas: information and communication technology, digital media, manufacturing, agriculture, education, health, financial services, industries creative, e-Commerce, recycling “, announces the Government.

The program was developed under the Partnership Agreement with the “Technologies of the Future” project, supported by the United States Agency for International Development, and will be funded from both budget allocations and external sources from development partners.
