More than 600 general education institutions in Moldova now use the electronic register, providing about 86,000 parents with online access to their children’s daily academic performance and attendance records.
The Ministry of Education and Research (MEC) reported that 104 out of 605 institutions that adopted the system now use the electronic register exclusively, abandoning the paper version. A total of 85,973 parents currently use the application.
Education and Research Minister Dan Perciun encouraged all institutions that have not yet implemented the system to submit an official application to the ministry to benefit from the electronic register in the next school year. Schools that have used the platform for at least one year now can replace the traditional register.
