On June 27, the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship (ODA) will mark Entrepreneurs’ Day, a celebration dedicated to innovators and business leaders. The event takes place in the framework of a government partnership and will bring together entrepreneurs, business consultants, and private sector representatives.
Event guests will discuss entrepreneurs’ access to finance. The main challenges and prospects for the small and medium enterprises development also will be on the agenda.
In the last two years, the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development has supported more than 8,300 entrepreneurs through programs funded by the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.

As a reminder, during 2023-2026, the European Union for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EU for SMEs) project, worth 8 million euros, will supplement the non-reimbursable financial resources available to SMEs through the key programs managed by ODA.
The “EU for SMEs” overall objective is to contribute to sustainable, inclusive, and resilient economic development, supporting the ecological transition in the Republic of Moldova. The initiative aims to improve the investment climate, employability, and business environment for SMEs, particularly in rural areas.
