Russian ambassador again at MFA. Is Sandu’s promised response the expulsion of a diplomat?

Russian Ambassador Oleg Vasnetsov was summoned again to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Moldova. The authority handed him a report on the organization of presidential elections in Russia on the territory of the left bank of the Dniester River, contrary to the position of Chisinau.

The MFA announces that an employee of the Russian diplomatic mission has been declared an undesirable person in the Republic of Moldova, of which Vasnetsov has been informed. The diplomat concerned is to leave our country.

We recall that before the presidential elections organized by the Kremlin, the Russian ambassador was summoned to the MFA. He received a note of protest, because Moscow opened six polling stations in Transnistria, while the administration in Chisinau claimed that only one can be established for the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova.
