The film “The Prince of Bubuieci,” produced by Realitatea Media Group and Shepherd Company, was recently presented at NEM Zagreb, a reference event in the Central and Eastern European TV and film industry. Previously, the project won the best pitch award at the Heart of Europe Festival, organized by Polish Public Television in Warsaw.
Directed by Ivan Naniev, the film tells the story of an African prince exiled in Moldova and will be released in cinemas in 2025. The Content Fund’s financial support made the realization of this project possible.
The participation at NEM Zagreb allowed the producers to present the film to top industry professionals, facilitating potential international collaborations and distribution.
