UTM and GTU, technical universities in Moldova and Georgia, have formed a significant collaboration, marking a pivotal moment in international education and research. During a five-day visit to Tbilisi, the Rector of UTM, Prof. Dr. Viorel BOSTAN, and the Rector of GTU, Acad., Prof., Dr. David GURGENIDZE, laid the foundation for a sustainable partnership. The agreement focuses on education, research, and innovation, emphasizing cutting-edge technologies and digital innovations, as well as supporting technological startups.
The signed Cooperation Agreement establishes a long-term collaboration, facilitating internships, exchange programs, study visits, and training. Both universities are leaders in engineering and innovation in their countries, actively contributing to significant international projects and scientific experiments.
