The National Alternative Movement Party (MAN), led by Ion Ceban, plans to participate in the 2025 parliamentary elections. However, Ion Ceban clarified that he has no intention of running for a parliamentary seat during the “Rezoomat” program on RLIVE TV, broadcast on Wednesday, November 20.
“When asked if I would run in the presidential elections, I emphasized my commitment to the residents of Chisinau. I respect their trust, especially since they elected me with a mandate in the first round—an unprecedented occurrence for the municipality.
Chisinau will continue developing at an even faster pace than before. Our priority is to delegate a professional team capable of addressing key areas critical to the Republic of Moldova. While I won’t elaborate further today, I assure you I will uphold all my commitments to my voters,” said the mayor.
