Mayor Ion Ceban is currently on a working visit to Strasbourg, France. He stated that he will attend the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. During his visit, he has arranged multiple meetings and discussions.
The mayor has prepared several reports which he will present to the congress.

During the visit, we have scheduled several meetings and discussions. This platform is used to discuss issues such as the rights of local authorities and to communicate with European partners about domestic situations. As CALM Vice-President and Mayor General of the Capital, I have prepared several reports in various areas.
This notes the current situation of local public administrations in the Republic of Moldova, including the challenges they face. It also addresses the requests of my colleagues.
About the situation in the economic field of the Chisinau municipality, as well as the financial pressures and blockades that have been imposed. It also touches on the state of reforms in Moldova, including the justice system.
